Baseball Batting Instruction – Where Are You Getting It From?

There is something that adults in the workforce call continued education. They call it that because they continue to educate themselves well after they graduate from college. Entrepreneurs constantly continue to educate themselves too. The same is true in baseball. Where are you getting your continued baseball batting instruction from?

I definitely recommend playing each spring and fall for a full baseball season. Your managers have their hands full most of the time though. You need more one on one time if you want to improve above and beyond everyone else in the league.

Here are some ways to get some additional baseball batting instruction:

  1. One on one time with head coach or assistant coach. Show them you are serious and they will be more apt to helping you out.
  2. Many fathers are very educated in baseball hitting. Ask your dad to help you out. At least you know for sure that he has your best interests in mind and will do everything he can to help you become the player you want to be.
  3. Hire professional hitting instructor in your area during the off season. In most cases there is a reason why a person’s full time or part time job is as a hitting instructor…he’s good at helping others excel in hitting.
  4. Attend special baseball hitting camp. Whether it’s a camp or clinic it doesn’t matter. They give you instruction and the opportunity to get some reps in before or after the season.
  5. Interview college hitter and get some success tips. I’m sure there are college and pro players in your area and sometimes they hold public events. Go to them and ask them questions to help with your hitting.
